Working at Proitera
Our vision is to provide all employees in Switzerland with access to workplace social counselling. Together, we are committed to achieving this goal with courage, care and reliability.
Meaningful and flexible
Our employees organise their daily work independently and flexibly. With a 40-hour week for full-time employees and the option of working part-time from home, we promote a healthy work-life balance. Teamwork is based on trust, transparency and collaboration. Joint events, such as the annual team event or the national Proitera Day, create a space for encounters, exchange and connection.
A structured start
The onboarding process at Proitera is guided and planned. New employees receive a clear induction plan, take part in an induction day and are supported by a designated contact person from their team. This creates security and orientation right from the start.
Potential for professional growth and reflection
Regular supervision sessions offer our consultants the opportunity to discuss challenging situations in their everyday work, learn from each other and develop new perspectives, accompanied by qualified external experts.
