EAP for resilient organisations

The occupational social consultancy EAP is a confidential, external point of contact for addressing private and professional problems. It empowers employees, relieves pressure on companies and increases business success.

A company is only as good as its employees. But what if private crises and challeng-es in the workplace affect your employees' capacity?

Conflicts that are not addressed will grow. The sooner you acknowledge and address them, the quicker you will be able to find a resolution. We advise employees and their immediate family members on challenges in professional, family, financial and health contexts.

Who benefits from EAP?

Whether they are large corporations or SMEs, all companies can benefit from the advantages of EAP. We tailor our services to your needs and ensure that your employees' personal and professional challenges do not turn the workplace into a crisis zone.

We see social counselling as a process that is relevant to success, which we support as an external team of experts – in the spirit of a high-performing, people-centred corporate culture.

We support your company in fulfilling its duty of care (CSR) and make an important preventive contribution within the framework of occupational health management (OHM).

Our counselling method

A clear structure and solution-oriented counselling in six phases.

Our counselling process is clearly regulated, from initial contact to conclusion of the counselling activity. Divided into six phases, the structure promotes a goal-oriented approach and a solution-oriented process.

1

Initial contact (intake)

Whether by email or spontaneously by telephone, those seeking advice decide how they wish to initiate direct contact with our consultants.

2

Initial consultation (assessment)

A standardised initial consultation serves to record and analyse the current situation. Using individually tailored methods, we encourage the first steps towards improvement.

3

Clarification of the assignment

As part of the initial consultation, the employee and consultant clarify what the assignment consists of and what they will work on together, with a focus on the employee's personal skills.

4

Implementation

Experience shows that the counselling process takes two to four sessions. Our social workers regularly evaluate how personal progress affects the affected individuals' ability to work.

5

Monitoring

The counselling sessions are recorded and regularly reviewed in relation to the counselling mandate. This enables us to guarantee an efficient, targeted counselling process.

6

Evaluation

We record our counselling activities in (semi-)annual statistics. This evaluation verifies the efficiency of external social counselling and supports your company in initiating internal improvement measures.

As a modern and appreciative employer, we take our responsibility towards our employees seriously. We can now add a company social counselling service to our commitment to a healthy work-life balance, designed to provide support and prevention in the event of private and professional crises. We look forward to working with Proitera.

Anonymous online counselling & reporting centre

Our secure anonymous contact point for those seeking advice

Our secure online counselling is provided via a secure web-based system that only our counsellors and those seeking advice have access to.
