Occupational social consultancy, also known as EAP, makes the human resources a competitive advantage.

Switzerland as a business location is characterised by a high level of professionalism, precision, and committed employees. As a confidential, professional contact point for problems of all kinds, we contribute to good business results. We bring relief to companies as well as individuals and families. That motivates us and encourages us.

When social counselling is part of the corporate culture, personal difficulties, family matters, work-based problems, and financial problems all have a point of contact. You perceive them earlier, call them by name earlier and often get rid of them earlier. We see social counselling as a constant process, which we look after as external experts. For the benefit of those affected. And for companies. So that human resources retain a competitive advantage.

In occupational social consultancy, we accompany employees through difficult life situations and provide them with professionally competent, goal-oriented advice and the complete Proitera experience. Our consulting duties include sensitive material representing employees from all walks of life. As a service provider with the duty of professional secrecy, Proitera is committed to maintaining the anonymity of those seeking advice.

Telephone counselling

Even in an emergency, we are always personally and directly accessible.

Telephone consultations are handled by the same person who personally looks after the company as a social worker. Telephone consultations can be used by all employees. Telephone consultations are free of charge for all employees, the costs are borne by the employer.

Our counselling method

Clear structures and solution-oriented advice in six phases.

Often, many question marks appear before the first contact with social counselling. But the process is clearly regulated. We structure our activities in six phases and so create transparent and solution-oriented processes.

2
Initial interview (assessment)

The initial consultation is standardised and serves to determine the current status. If possible, we encourage the employee to take steps to improve the situation.

4
Implementation

From our experience, the counselling process takes 3 to 5 sessions. Our social workers regularly evaluate how personal advances affect work ability.

6
Evaluation

Once or twice a year, we use statistics to describe our counselling activities. These statistics are guidelines for the personnel management and the top management in order to provide internal improvement measures and to verify the efficiency of the external social counselling.

1
Contact (intake)

Easily via e-mail or spontaneously over the phone: it is the advice seekers who decide how to contact Proitera.

3
Objective agreement

The target agreement is part of the initial interview and determines how the employee and the consultant want to move forward together. At the centre is the self-competence of the employees.

5
Monitoring

All individual measures are logged and related to overall progress. This way, the way to achieving the set goal becomes clearer and the Proitera consultants can establish an efficient counselling process.

Online counselling Proitera

Our online platform is a tool for those seeking advice who want to anonymously communicate with Proitera in a confidential area.

Advice seekers consider the anonymous online communication to have an even lower threshold Even ore private than a phone call - on the Internet, neither name nor voice are recognisable. The term “online counselling” refers to a computer-aided consultation, which is conveyed interactively over the Internet. The online counselling takes place via a secure online system only our consultants and the advice seekers have access to. The application is currently only available in German. The English version is in progress. However, counseling in English is possible via the German platform.
